Website Ministry should not focus on creating a new layout template each year. Only if time allows or if a new layout template is required should a new one be designed.
Template Design Policy September 16, 2008 -- No person should create, make "live" on the Internet, or implement a layout template (new or revised) without prior permission or review of the template first from the I.T. Chairman/Director, a co-Chairman/co-Director, or another member of the I.T. staff.

(or IT) is a short abbreviation for Information Technology, which is a name/term used to refer to the technology field as a whole. Technology is growing rapidly in today's churches, and CMC is no exception. We are gradually expanding and increasing our technology standards to meet and exceed the needs of church members/guests and the Internet (website) visitors.
Is this a ministry or a committee of Cowan Mill Church? Both. It is officially a committee (for budget purposes), but it is equally a ministry.
Depending on which reference you're using (committee or ministry) depends on the which title is referenced. Both are equal and mean the same thing.
